After School Programs*
GOTR is a professionally designed, award-winning program exclusively for girls in grades 3-5. It is much more than a running program. GOTR of Franklin County is part of an international program that uses the joy of running and an inspiring curriculum to teach girls about self esteem, positive body image, health, and community service.
The Spring 2018 season will start the week of March TBD and run THROUGH the week of May TBD, culminating in a celebratory 5K on May TBD.
Sessions will be held at Fouse Elementary School on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:45-5:00pm.
If you have any questions specific to the program at Fouse, you can contact Sharon Stachecki (GOTR coach/site liaison for Fouse) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In Girl Scouts, girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls together. Through a myriad of enriching experiences girls grow courageous and strong. Girl Scouting helps girls develop their full individual potential; relate to others with increasing understanding, skill, and respect; develop values to guide their actions and provide the foundation for sound decision-making; and contribute to the improvement of society through their abilities, leadership skills, and cooperation with others.
There are several troops at Fouse for varying grade levels. To find a troop that is right for you, click here: http://gsoh.org/girl-interest-form/
